Technically, 65W chargers adopt GaN chips, which improve the energy conversion efficiency to more than 93%, reduce heat generation and miniaturize the product volume — the power density can reach 2.3W per cubic centimeter, breaking the stereotype that "high power means large volume". Technically, 120W fast charging mainly adopts the parallel structure of dual 4:1 charge pump chips, which converts the 20V input voltage into the voltage suitable for single-cell batteries, with a conversion efficiency of up to 97%. At the same time, the upgraded GaN technology and ZVS zero-voltage switching technology are adopted to further reduce switching losses and ensure stable operation under high power, while the volume is basically the same as that of 65W chargers.
